This apartment is ideal for couples, families and business stays.

Please be aware this is a private residential apartment complex which is unable to offer luggage storage facilities. There is no Reception upon arrival.

Please note that there is currently construction happening at a neighboring block. While we strive to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay, there may be some noise and activity during the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, the beauty of the coastal surroundings, the convenience of nearby amenities, and the stunning views will still make your stay a memorable experience.

• There are two tandem car parking bays available for your stay. Basement carpark has a max height clearance of 2.2M

• Daily servicing is available at an extra cost.

• As the complex also houses many permanent residents, the apartment is not suited for parties/gatherings.

This is a lovely family complex, non smoking /vaping and no pets allowed in the apartment. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment.

Being directly opposite the beach outdoor furniture and balcony may be dusty despite crew's best efforts.
