This is an apartment stay, suitable for up to 3 guests. This is a lovely family complex. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment. This is a non smoking / vaping and no pets allowed in the apartment.

Apartment is on 1st floor with stair access only. The pool (unheated) with famous water slide can be closed for maintenance as per Strata regulations.

Please be aware that private residential apartment complex does not provide luggage storage facilities and there is no Reception upon arrival.

There is one open car parking bay available for your stay and is accessed from beachside carpark.

As this complex houses many permanent residents, the apartment is not suited for parties/gatherings.

Being close to the beach, outdoor furniture and balcony may be dusty despite crew's best efforts.
