You will have full access to the apartment, which includes 2 king-size beds (There are 12 steps from the living area down to the bedrooms), a spacious living room, flat-screen TV, a private balcony with ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and family-sized fridge, plus a washer and dryer for your convenience.
You’ll also have access to the complex pool during your stay.

Please be aware that there is ongoing construction taking place next door to this property. This will result in intermittent noise, vibration, and dust. The timing, duration, and type of construction work can vary from day to day and is outside of our control. We recommend guests consider this when making a booking, particularly if sensitive to noise or requiring a completely quiet environment.
On 3rd February 2026, repair work will begin on the south side of the building, from the ground to top floor. It is estimated that work will be completed by 6th February. Part of the lawn will be closed off for the safety.
Please be aware this is a private residential apartment complex which is unable to offer luggage storage facilities. There is no Reception upon arrival.
•Please note that the BBQ must be cleaned and left ready for the next guests. A cleaning fee of $100 may apply if it’s not cleaned after use.
• Daily servicing is available at an extra cost.
• As the complex also houses many permanent residents, the apartment is not suited for parties/gatherings.
This is a lovely family complex, non smoking /vaping and no pets allowed in the apartment. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment.
Being directly opposite the beach outdoor furniture and balcony may be dusty despite crew's best efforts.
🪲 As part of living in Australia's natural environment, we want to let you know that household pests such as ants, cockroaches, flies, lizards, snakes, spiders etc are common in Australia and are more common during the spring and summer seasons. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular spring cleaning, building pest control treatments and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please feel free to use the bug spray in the kitchen or reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
